It takes 10 years to get tag with point system. Being able to keep tag without buying it is ridiculous because you can hunt and harvest moose illegally and then claim tag.if you get tag you should have to claim. party hunting should be encouraged not discouraged. If you live in northern Ontario it should be less points to acquire tags. More enforcement required
