How does bike lanes in MUNICIPALITIES impact the provincial government? I do not understand.
Increase of motor vehicle lanes does not prevent congestion. In fact, it makes it worse. Google it. Multiple sources state this. So why are we as a province, going in the opposite direction, instead of forward?
People are taking different transportation methods within the city of Toronto. This is a good thing! Look at most major cities on our globe: they have invested heavily in different public transit methods like trains, subway, bike lanes, LRT, bus, etc.
Such investment to promote other means of transportation is an improvement to all. From poor to rich.
Let Toronto move away from being car oriented and thrive.
Lastly, Mr. Ford, let’s get focused here. I believe there are other issues/topics that need more of your attention right now.
