1. The City of Toronto, or any other municipality that has done due diligence in this matter, is most qualified to install or remove bike lanes, rather than the provincial government
2. Bike lanes save lives.
3. Use of public transit and healthy forms of local movement such as walking and cycling should be promoted
4. In order to alleviate traffic congestion, the province of Ontario should institute special licences for vehicles to circulate in downtown Toronto at peak hours.
