In order to totally remove all the infrastructure of this nearly completed project and return all lands back to their original condition, there will have to be a huge environmental impact imposed. All the heavy machinery, cranes, trucks and demolishing equipment will need to be returned to the sites and fueled during the dismantling period. Trying to remove the massive cement bases and associated rebar will be extremely detrimental to habitat and surrounding land. Roads that were built when turbine installations were completed fully and partially, which were designed to stay in place for 20 years of operation for maintenance purposes, will needlessly have to be removed. This is all a violation of common sense when one realizes that doing so is harming the environment to destroy something designed to help the environment.
