This is the most heartbreaking thing to happen to Ontario. If we end the endangered species act who will be the one to explain to our children that we didn't step up and protect something so vulnerable? That we just let this happen? Will it be you, the Ontario government? Will you sit back and say to our future generations that you didn't care enough? We, the people, care so much, but we have very little say to how these things play out. Please, if you care about our future generations being able to enjoy nature and all that we value, do not end the endangered species act. Or at least don't change it. If anything we need to make it stronger and protect more, not less.
