When I was a young man I spent so many wonderful days in the Wasaga area. Back when we valued conservation and public spaces.
I am so sick and tired of this corrupt government subverting precious public assets like Ontario Place and The Science Centre and now Nancy Island. This is the lowest form of belly in the filth corruption, which I have come to expect from this “Conservative” government. And it, all of it, should not just be stopped, it should be punished.
By removing Nancy Island from the Provincial Parks and Conservation Reserves Act, 2006 and placing it under the direction of the Ministry of Tourism, Culture and *Gaming* this government is AGAIN corruptly subverting public assets to create private profit opportunities for its wealthy developer donors as a quid pro quo compensation for helping them get elected. It is disgusting, and it ought to be illegal.
