The security of the Sanofi property and their current and future operations is vital. The negative impact overviewed by them to directly and indirectly impede the designing, controlling and production of their goods and services is clear. They should not disclose detailed explanations as those details would only further compromise the facility. Sanofi's valid concerns magnify the many issues with the developments being proposed on the Southeast corner of Dufferin and Steeles and that are being considered south on the east side of Dufferin. Negative environmental and the decrease in the efficiency of both Toronto and Vaughan operations in the area must be mitigated.

It is requested and recommended that the proposed ERO number 025-1108 be issued.
