I agree with Sanofi's request to build only 10 story buildings around this parameter. If there's a terrorist threat, this sight could be a target. I understand their concerns. Yes, Toronto needs more affordable rental units. Not sure, how affordable these condos units will be for people.

Sanofi was on this sight prior to this developer and had all the neighboring residents agreement to expand a secure sight. Sanofi invested millions of dollars to produce vaccines in our GTA. This company employees thousands of people. We need these kind of bio-pharmaceutical companies in GTA to help us be the leader of vaccines. After a pandemic, we all should appreciate these companies and provide a better environment instead of being hostile. At this moment, we have so many empty condos in Toronto because of the condo market crash. The developer can move 1 block west of Steels Ave.
