A bill that limits redistribution of roadways from vehicles to transit and active transit is counter to what we need - for health and safety, for the environment, for community vibrancy, for municipal road costs.
We need to increase bike lanes and transit lanes. Yes, it may look like it costs drivers but they are gaining from a reduction of drivers - by an increase in transit and active transit users when safe and reliable options are available.
