The North Bay-Mattawa…

The North Bay-Mattawa conservation authority needs major help and restructuring. Perhaps their boundaries are too large and flexible, but the management has made multiple public appeals after leaving their positions due to toxicity in the workplace. I personally chose not to apply for job postings with them due to the mismanagement and the frustration of the local residents not having their concerns heard by the Conservation Authority on issues like overhead spraying for forest management. It seems as though the Conservation Authority is drowning and needs to be bailed out.
