This idea of amalgamation of conservation authorities will do nothing but destroy the good of the local input and have them run like a big corporation.
Our conservation areas are used by so many locals including countless students to learn the valuable knowledge of the environment as I see this all the time and my child went to these.
If you make it into a few major areas then the local community will be lost forever
If this is for money you can make far more substantial gains by stopping the new highway build that is not needed as well as the new subway lines.
Look after what you have and don’t try to have all your wants this, this hurts Ontario’s.
