We have a gold standard conservation authority model. Combining into 7 from 36 serves no purpose except to set the stage for their demise.
If the staffing and funding is to remain the same as is claimed then why consolidate? Let the local CAs be granular to the municipalities that fund them.
Its a great program please leave them be.
