I don't understand this insane need to emelgamate EVERYTHING. It hasn't worked for Municipalities or school boards and it's just going to cause immense neglect if done with our waterways. Conservation takes dedication, knowledge, perseverance as well as money. Emelgamation is going to neglect so much of this. I also feel it is a way for more government control - to eliminate barriers in place that are necessary for preservation will destroy things.
Why 'FIX' what is not broken? Emelgamation IS HORRIBLE! Leave well enough alone. We need less government control not more.
