Hello, while I am unhappy at the power conservation authorities hold over building projects and how they exercise unrealistic controls, I think that the merging of Conservation Authorities is a reckless disaster. Smaller CA's that understand their unique watersheds is much preferred over a one size fits all approach. This is a great disappointment. While many things that the Ford government has done have been very positive, this is not one of them.
