Seriously concerned about this proposal especially in the proposed St Lawrence area. Whenever major urban areas are in the same mix with more rural areas, and smaller towns and villages, the demands of major urban development trump the needs of smaller ! Local areas.
If province is truly interested in helping CS’s support provincial priorities, then extra funding would be more effective
