Thank you for acknowledging that conservation authorities need an overhaul. They are terribly ineffective and heavy handed due to their “philosophies”. Although this change proposed is probably too too much (far too big of areas to be effective) the authorities need gutted and put back into the roles they were originally meant to be. Far too much red tape and over staffed.
