I am not in favour of these changes. Centralizing authority seems to be a theme of our current Provincial government. The base assumption seems to be that monetary savings will automatically follow. Such dogma is a sign of intellectual laziness. If amalgamating all of these CA's is going to result in monetary savings, then make a business case for it.
