I would rather see fewer buildings and a better architectural finish.Too often these buildings end upare eyesore slapped up with cheap materials that never age well .Condominiums on Randall have the right idea built with vision from the start and proper landscape design.If you develop this land make the buildings grand and something we can be happy with. No need at all for high density … that is a buzz word for builders wanting to quadruple profits. build some but build to reflect our community that appreciates aesthetics and gardens.No high density needed.
