The four MZO's relating to Oakville's Midtown proposed development will result in a scale and density totally out-of-keeping with the size of the property, not to mention its location. Both scale and density need to be reduced if the quality of life for those who eventually take up residence, and existing residents is to be preserved. This is imperative!
