The other potential problem with this proposed Bill of reducing 36 authorities to 7, is that each region is unique and can have specific issues to deal with or be looked after. So, if everything is 'centralized' how can work? Ontario is vast and there are many different areas that have environmental differences. You can't use the same brush to paint with different colors, if you get my meaning. This will become complicated and important things will be over looked. Thanks.
