Merging all the conservation authorities is a disaster waiting to happen. Different ecosystems have different needs. Different jobs are needed in different areas. I’m guessing the goal is layoffs, and instilling your own reps who know nothing about the areas they are responsible for.
You are going to cause flooding, property damage, and increase fire risk when you start messing with the land stewards and shuffling people like a deck of cards. You are going to get people killed with negligence
