I am concerned about the proposed changes to the conservation authorities. As a northern resident we rely on being able to utilize the lands for recreation. For example the Hiawatha Highlands and Algoma Highlands are both critical to the public and tourists for skiing, hiking and cycling. Therefore I feel that local lands, recreation, and stewardship require local oversight.”
