Conservations offer annual passes to access their park's amenities. With the consolidation of conversations, what is the government's plan to keep the annual passes affordable? Will it require the new conservation groups to maintain annual park pass fees and coverage areas? Will it require same or lower annual fees for a pass that accesses all parks within the new region? The proposed changes described by this government do not adequately address this, and therefore I do not support this incomplete initiative.
