I do not support the amalgamation as described. The government has failed to explain why this would improve environmental outcomes or how this proposal would result in better protection for our waters. Local knowledge and local staff are proven to provide excellent service.
Further I have deep concerns that this would erode the implementation of the Lake Simcoe protection plan.
