The Conservation authorities were created by, and for, specific areas because of the geography, the interest, the needs and the expertise of people in those areas.
Leave it the way it is. No amalgamations.
The areas, in many cases, are different as to types of earth, rocks, smaller connecting waterways, species of animals, trees, fish, birds that surround and rely on the waterways. Those in one area have no knowledge of or connection to other areas that you are forcing together.
