The proposed MZOs for Oakville are completely misguided. The area is not large enough to accommodate to proposed density. The inability to add roads to the west of the property due to geographical constraints will mean traffic going east will be completely gridlocked. There are alternatives ( the Oakville proposals)which are totally acceptable and that should be approved to go forward.
