These MZOs impose excessive density on Midtown, far beyond comparable GTA developments, without the infrastructure to support it. Roads, transit, the GO station, and the QEW are already at capacity, and these proposals would worsen congestion and strain services. OPA 70 already allows very high densities of up to 6.0 FSI, making these extreme increases unnecessary. The removal of affordable housing requirements further undermines the public good. This TOC prioritizes developer profit over livability and responsible planning. I vote NO to these MZOs.
