There is no need for this MOZ when the Town of Oakville has a perfectly viable plan for development all ready approved and ready to go. A clear example of Provincial Government overreach and interference which does not take into consideration either market reality (there is no demand for condos) and the destruction of the character of Oakville . I vote no!
