From everything I have read about theTOC planned beside the Oakville Go Station, it is an unbelievably stupid plan. The number of buildings, the number of floors per building, the density and the impact on an already fraught traffic situation, everything about it is a disaster! And then to use MZOs to ram it through in the most undemocratic way possible. Let the people of Oakville determine the best way forward through their elected representatives and the official plan they have come up with. Otherwise why bother to have municipal elections? Do we live in a Tory dictatorship?
