I am against the MOZ overriding the towns urban planning. The MOZ density is far above any other urban areas. There is limited infrastructure. The expected dates are way in the future and the needs may change.
There is a glut of empty units in Toronto.
The most recent condo effort on Lakeshore in Oakville has gone to receivership.
And on and on...
