I want to register my concern about the density of this project along with the new proposal on the south Service road at the old GE plant
Even now Trafalgar Road between Cornwall and Iroquois Shore can be a bottleneck at times and I can’t see how you can change the infrastructure to accommodate even more traffic.
We all understand the need for more home development but could not this density be moved further north?? The number of buildings and stories is mind boggling.
I wish you would let Oakville pursue its own plans to meet the population commitment, there is do much underdeveloped land north of Dundas for this kind of density.
Even now there are times in the day I drive over to Kerr St or Dorval or Ford Dr to avoid trying to navigate Trafalgar to get on the QEW or go to Dundas St.
