I am sorry to see that you are destroying all the work of the Toronto City Council to make developers pay for parklands and help the people who live in the areas they propose to develop. We want green spaces. We want developers to act responsibly in relation to the people who live in the city & may live in the developments that they propose. We want our city to support its residents with culture, parks etc..
We want development to be about community, not simply money. Nor do we wish things to be rushed through without thorough consideration from the City in which the developments would occur. Good things take time. Remember the old adage, "Haste makes Waste."
Please slow down And don't destroy years of careful planning by the city of Toronto, to make developments more community friendly.
Thank you.
Sincerely Yours,
A concerned citizen.
