The second bullet point about the ARA tying the hands of the Municipality on allowing extraction below the water table. I object
The third bullet point the ARA is overruling Municipalities on Zoning regardless of where the application lies. I object
The fourth bullet point is an alarming as Haul Routes were never part of the ARA’s responsibly, so to clarify this would be wrong. I object
