I would suggest you consider expansion of the Oak Ridges Moraine south to Lake Ontario along the Shelter Valley creek basin and east/west along the Lake Ontario shoreline at least south of the CN/ CP railway between Cobourg and Colborne.
There are vital waterways that feed into Lake Ontario along this shoreline, valuable shoreline and wetland ecosystems. The land is not catalogued for development under municipal Official Plans and this parcel would be a contiguous expansion of the current Greenbelt.
