I think the restrictions regarding moving angler caught baitfish in BMZ F should be only restricted to the same watershed over against the same waterbody. This restriction effectively does not allow for anglers to use live bait at all as usually the bait is caught some distance upstream requiring over land travel at some point. I have found that round gobys have made their way upstream into most tributaries of lake erie now, and I cannot see how harvesting legal baitfish from the same tributaries and using them to fish in lake erie is somehow detrimental at all. Yet it would become illegal according to this proposal, effectively taking away the freedom from those living in this area to collect baitfish from our local stream and use them in the lake the stream is running into. I think education is very much needed for anglers and the importance of proper ID of baitfish i view as very important also, maybe an angler bait harvesting licence would be an option, I would be in favour of that over against a complete ban.
