The Township of Puslinch Council considered ERO Posting 019-8320 and the Halton Conservation Authority report regarding the Minister's permit and review powers under the Conservation Authorities Act for information at its meeting on May 1, 2024. Whereas Council supports the Halton Conservation Authority report and recommendations therein and therefore Council is respectfully submitting the attached documents for consideration.
