I manage a seasonal Municipal Household Hazardous Waste collection depot for residents of our municipality and surrounding municipalities, while also collecting tires and EEE year-round at our landfill site. The Municipality supports the inclusion of seasonal municipal collections sites to count as permanent sites and geographic offsetting. The Municipality also supports the removal for the requirement of record keeping related to large amounts of material brought in to collection sites. Lastly, the Municipality supports expanding the types of regulated EEE to mitigate fire hazard caused by Batteries in these products.
