The proposed changes would eliminate people from keeping a tag online and waiting to see if they fill their other tags before claiming one in the sceond allocation. The main issue is that the "last chance draw" MUST be a online draw so that people in areas were the phone service is not on par with Southern Ontario have a chance at these tags. The other concern is that the hunters who aquire a tag in the first round of the second draw should have the oppurtunity to not claim the tag and not loose points as long as it was done in a time line that would allow these tags to be available for the last chance draw.
