I think it's a great idea,if your applying in the second draw means you were not successful in the first draw and you really want the second chance to participate in a hunt,so by not claiming your awarded tag you should loose all your points...and only allow 30 days to claim tag after being awarded in second draw.....also want to say this is the most fair system,don't know why anyone complains,old system should have been looked at a long time ago....good work you guys
