Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback on the proposed amendments to the Planning Act. Attached are the City of Guelph's comments and recommendations regarding the proposal. The City of Guelph encourages the Ministry to consider the City's feedback and recommendations, as well as feedback from other municipalities.
