As a taxpayer who cycles as my primary mode of transportation, I am imploring this government to prioritize my safety. Simply put, bike lanes save lives. Studies from around the world show bike lanes ease congestion, reduce emissions and are a boon to business. I expect the Ontario Government to focus on building public transit; something that is in their purview and will help with traffic.
