I drive in the city and live right in the center of it all. However my son and my wife are Avis’s cockers to go to work and school. The slower traffic is part of the process of adjusting to a future where the city be ones more enjoyable as an urban platform and not a suburban drive thru.
I rather pay the price of driving and not set this city behind much farther by eliminating bike lanes.
Look at places like NYC or Barcelona. Plenty of public transportation options and amazing bike lanes.
Eliminating bike lanes on you te and Bloor is a bad idea.
