This is the most harebrained, needlessly punitive idea put forward by this government. More bike lanes make sense, improve the safe use of city roads by me and my kids, reduce traffic, and reduce emissions. I wish I could easily and cheaply take a train or a bus to work, rather than driving - how about focusing on improving and expanding public transit infrastructure, rather than indulging in this stupid culture war nonsense.
