Can we take a step back and think of everybody’s safety?
We need more bike lanes for many reasons, it’s safer, allows people to not use their car to go to work, which means less cars and at the end, we can reduce gridlock by giving people the option!
It’s better to let the option of people living in concerned areas to decide if they want bike lanes or not. The province should not interfere negatively in these process and leave citizen chose what is best for them.
