I do not think this proposal…

I do not think this proposal is helpful for congestion, and truthfully seems more like Doug Ford is interested in punishing Toronto. I do not want my tax dollars to be spent ripping out bike lanes that have JUST been put in. More construction will exacerbate the issue of traffic, and there are other ways to mitigate congestion in the city, but that is also Toronto’s responsibility as a city. This is a bill that seems to also be trying to push in other items that are not helpful to Toronto, and especially others in Ontario. I distressed to see legislation like this being tabled.
