This is quite possibly the worst idea an Ontario government has had. This will be terrible for business, even worse for congestion, and diminish the quality of life for citizens. The bureaucracy and cost will also be astounding - why aren't you just thinking about how to shrink government, lower taxes, and streamline regulations?
