This proposal is an act of provincial overreach, directly in contradiction to efforts made by the Toronto municipality to improve traffic conditions and support alternative transportation methods. Municipal-based issues require municipal-led initiatives, and the consideration of this bill is disrespectful to the voices of those who live in the areas affected and experience the situation every day.
