If the Government of Ontario removed the current bike lanes to “build new ones” this is a serious danger to the community. With the number of fatal bike incidents we have in the city, any destruction of current bike lanes (especially in a high traffic area like Yonge and Eglington) is dangerous and lethal. A few minutes of saved time for drivers is not worth the lives of our community.
