I am a PhD researcher who studies traffic and this proposal is so counter to any modern school of thought on managing road users in an urban environment. There is no evidence to support any of the claims in this proposal and it will make traffic worse and it will kill people.
Not that I have any faith left in this government to read comments but please do not move forward with this bill
