This legislation is a massive waste of money and time. The bike lane removals are an obvious sacrificial lamb to obfuscate the additional provisions in the bill that would allow the province to ignore environmental regulations when approving the 413 highway boondoggle and any other windmill this Doug Ford decides to tilt at. Drop this terrible legislation and invest in healthcare and healthcare workers.
